Privacy Notice
This notice explains the platform-level handling of personal information. Each school remains responsible for the school records and content it enters and publishes through its own workspace.
Information used to provide the service
The platform processes account details, school configuration, operational records and technical security information needed to authenticate users, deliver requested school services, protect accounts and operate the platform.
School-controlled information
Student, guardian, staff, admissions, academic, finance and communication records are entered or managed by the relevant school. Access is restricted by school membership and role, and schools control the accuracy and lawful use of the records they manage.
Service providers
Configured hosting, storage, payment, email and messaging providers may process limited information needed to deliver those services. Provider credentials remain server-side and are scoped to their intended purpose.
Security and retention
The platform uses school-scoped access controls, protected authentication, audit records and other technical safeguards. Records are retained according to service, school and legal requirements and should be removed when no longer required.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your own staff, teacher, parent or admin login at any time from Dalinplug's account screen, or by contacting the school or platform support. When you request deletion, your name, email and photo are removed immediately and sign-in is disabled. Your login is then permanently erased after a 30-day grace period, during which the deletion can be cancelled. Student, guardian, academic, attendance, finance and other school-owned records are not affected by deleting your own login — they remain the responsibility of the school.
